Colby is a real estate broker who was born in Toronto, lives in Toronto, and works in Toronto. He has specialized in the purchase and sale of Toronto homes, condominiums and lofts for over 20 years. Starting his career in new construction, Colby has been awarded the Royal LePage Award of Excellence since 2009 for consistent sales performance.



Passions & Causes


Colby is deeply committed to service in support of the real estate profession. He is a 13 year member of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board’s Professional Standards Roster and the Chair since 2019.



A long standing supporter of the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation, Colby makes a donation to his local women’s shelter each time he helps a client buy or sell. 


Colby is passionate about Toronto history, and is an active member with Heritage Toronto, the Friends of Fort York & Garrison Common, the Town of York Historical Society, and the York Pioneer & Historical Society.
